  David Carmona is the consummate professional. He really understands all of the nuances of the kind of real estate he practices. We had started with a different realtor who did nothing for us for 6 months. David sold our mother's condo for us and not only advised us on what needed to be done but took the time to implement much of what he recommended. My sister and I are both full time working physicians and have very little spare time, the other sister lives out of the country. When he realized the limitations from our side, he took care of everything that was needed.
